I’m sorry, but as someone who watched every Dr Naram video, corresponded with him, & read everything article about him; I really found this to have nothing. Learned a lot about Clint and his trips. Learned a lot of anecdotes, many of which add Naram had said word for word in free Youtube videos. Unlike many Ayurvedic books or any books like this, this has almost no recipes. He has 1 “journal” recipe to 3 tips per 30-40 pages with warnings everywhere & they are the same ones the Dr Naram had given many times before. Most are incomplete and tell you to go to the website to learn more.The people are wonderful. The people at the website, Dr Clint, all of them, but if you are expecting a book of remedies, this isn’t it. This is a basic level starter kit though.I’d get it again just to honor Dr Naram, but much more information is available free on YouTube and many other places including their website. This is mostly an autobiography with Dr Naram stories that strangely match word for word with interviews and things that have been up for almost a decade. This is great to have just to have it, but I was really hoping for and expecting more. It’s not hard to include all the recipes in the book instead of making people go to the website, something they could have done anyway without spending $20 and gotten more information. Much smaller book than expected as well. That said, I want to be positive and say I love everyone who has enjoyed this and Dr Clint for Writing it. I think the people that work on the website are amazing and Dr Naram was a truly great person. I hope all the secrets will be revealed someday in one or two books. Namaste
